Animals eat more than plants do. Plants can make food them selfs. Animals use gluecose (sugar and water mixed together) as an energy sorce. Gluecose are used by chemical reaction called celluly respiration.
In cellular respiration, glue cose and oxygen make carbon dioxide, (air that you don't need or already used) water, and energy.
